heloo, im gona b a bridesmaid for my brothers wedding in 3 weeks n i need to lose 16lbs. im 18, 5'1 and currently weigh 52kg n i want to b 44kg/98lbs. wats the quickest agency i cud do this in 3 weeks?

the worst thing you can do is stop drinking or to throw up your meals, belive me i no from experience. now i'm on diet pills. it's actually really forceful as long as you make sure you excirsize and hav a balanced diet. the pills help keep hold of your appetite down whle helping you burn off any extra fat easier. it doesn't work for everyone, but it did work for me...i lost 10lbs in just about a wk.Follow up from my ultimate rime bucket query?
