Best Answer: Building total mass is probably your best bet. To take a huge chest (not just pecs, but really whole rib cage nouns and "manly chest" you gotta do Pullovers. I put up a link to them in my Source. I really got inspired by reading Arnold Schwarzenegger's biography. He posted adjectives of his workout routines an told all the stories of what he did to get in shape. Might want to check that out (Note: Arnold is a big lover of the Pullover). He has two main workouts, a 'starter' and a 'more intense'. Both involve working out 6 days per week. The "Starter" has you work within 2-day cycles; that is Day 1 is Legs/Back/Biceps, and Day 2 is Chest/Shoulders/Triceps. You flipflop (so do each group 3 days/week). The 'Intense' workout has 3-day cycles, explicitly, you do the groups each 2x per week, just split up differently. The book has a complete diet plan too. Be prepared to get through lots of protein: eggs, beef, chicken, etc. I liked eating the high-protein food. Keep in mind, back you get too excited, gaining mass depends on your particular bone structure. Some race just don't gain muscle, even with good strength training. But any way, you will definitely get stronger and be surrounded by better shape. I posted a link to the book in the Source. I'd really recommend buying it. Here's a few other tips: (a) Weigh yourself every day. On the SAME degree. It doesn't matter if it's really accurate, just so long as it's the same one. (b) Weigh yourself at the SAME TIME every year. What you're wearing can throw your weight off too. I always weigh myself after I take out of the shower, before I put any clothes on.
