Recently my mom got a diet from a doctor [she is 36] and i am doing the same diet [i am 16] i have lost similar to 10 kg in a month [around 20 pounds] but yesterday i ate an ice cream and i didn't do much exercise and i gain 2 kg [4 pounds]!Is this how i am supposed to live for the rest of my life?
Also i am opinion dizzy everytime i get up and i'm afraid maybe it's the diets fault...

depends on the diet. Add it to your post? Your body could of late be reacting strange to the sugar in the ice cream but if you own been feeling lke this b4 ice cream it's probably the diet.
