please assistance!!?
Ok, i'm on a diet and i'm doing really well but on monday i am going on a school trip where the food is provided and i know it will be seedy like pizza, chips etc. If i eat this i know it will ruin my diet! So what should i do?
i know i could like clutch my own salad or sandwich but won't i look a bit weird bringing my own food when everyone else is eating the food provided!
Please help, i'm doing so economically on my diet and don't want to ruin it! Any ideas ?

Best Answer: your doing really well are you? well why would you want to spoil your diet your so correct at keeping up till now. take your own lunch, dont worry what anyone else think, be positive and well done with your diet, it,ll only be the excess weight ole ones that will tease you anyway. Well first off, one day of eating pizza will not destroy your diet. But that's really good that you want to avoid the stuff, so I applaud you. Ok capably I disagree with everyone saying it wont ruin your diet you are doing so well, don't mess it up. You should bring something to snack on close to pretzels and water. or they are providing water then explicitly good too. You should say you are not that hungry and have a deferred lunch as soon as you get home, just make sure you don't over devour when you get home from being hungry. option 2- Also you could bring something to devour like sandwich like you said, and say i don't close to pizza or i am not in the mood for it.
