try to stay away from processed foods, fried foods, and anything that have been manufactured (contain a huge list of ingredients and stuff you've never heard of). cut back sugar, and caffeine, and especially the amount of fat in your food. definately increase amount of water, protein, carbs, and fruits and veggies. drinking herbal tea also help, but again it has to be unprocessed so i suggest making it at home and just adding rime and some sugar or honey to make it into iced tea.
