i know how vital it is to eat breakfast for weight loss. But sometimes i usually cant comfort but have my first meal around 9:30am...i get frustrated at times when i conjecture i'm slowing my metabolism or something. My dad usually cooks my diet food around 9 or so and im starting to feel worried.. The fact that i gotta wait resembling around 3-4 hours to eat my next meal. I dont guzzle lunch, yet i eat around 2pm. I usually exercise around 12pm. Is this bad? I really dont wanna starve myself. I'm trying too tricky, please help!

Basically the earlier you enjoy your breakfast the better it is for your metabolism, you can have breakfast around 9am, but make sure you eat regularly or your body overweight will store itself because it doesn't know when its next meal is going to be.
