I want to get ripped up like a m0fo this summer and drop my body fat to 7%. Right presently im at 17%. I lift weights every other day. I know i need to do more cardio to drop the body tubby. What kinda cardio is the best? I run about 3 miles every morning when i wake up. (i would run more but i get shin splints after 30 mins of running) What kinda food is best beside chicken breast? please bestow me advice if you know anyways to bring body fat down the thing is i don't want to be anorexic to drop the bod corpulent. I want to eat a lot of protein and stuff and gain muscle mass. Just drop the body fat and procure detail going.
