gym political leanings runs out tomorrow?
I was told my manager of gym over phone that I didn't need to anything to repeal as I paid for 1 year by credit card. However I was today told by the reception staff I need to supply 1 months notice. Who is right? The gym is fitness first. I was now told I will enjoy to contact the cancellation team tomorrow. I wasn't able to speak to the troop today or the manager so lots of calls. However I am stressing so I would like to hear from anyone who have experience of this whether I will need to give notice or not.
Best Answer: Don't verbs, if the manager has said you don't have to do anything afterwards they have to honour that. Don't let them bully you into paying extra gyms can be like that. When you bid them tomorrow just assert yourself and say look the manager told me that I did not hold to do anything so I shouldn't have to pay more because of your staff's mistakes'. If they still say you enjoy to then say you want to speak to someone senior there. Its not close to they can't sort it out for you i'm sure it will be ok though
