What's a worthy plan to lose 15-20 LBS IN 2 1/2 MONTHS?

i'm a girl, 14, 170 lbs, and 5"8 How can I lose 14 to 20 lbs in aroun 2 1./2 months? (Or 10 weeks?) Thanks :D
Best Answer: Hey, hows it going? You would like to lose 15- 20 pounds in 2 1/2 months. The first article you need to do is eat clean. Drink tons of hose down, throw away the fast foods, and eat 6 small meals aday next to fewer calories. The second thing is cardio. This consist of running/jogging, jumprope, and swimming. If you do not do cardio you will not burn fat... if you do not burn oil you will not get your sexy muscles to show! ;] The last thing is to workout at tiniest 3 to 4 days a week. My best bet is to google "women workout routines" Once you find a routine, stick to it. ;] Once you lose some fat from doing cardio you will see some of that sexy muscle from weight lifting. I want to lose 15lbs by August '09...

Here's what I did: I went on a cleanse from Dr Livingston's book greenlife weight loss and it help me to lose my belly and love handles. I went on it for 3 days on and took 3 days off and after did another 3 days. This worked awesome and helped me to overcome my plateau.
