20 pounds to lose by Aug 20 i am 17 what do i do?!?
I am about to be a senior in highschool and i requirement to lose 20 pounds by Aug 20 (or more). i am 5'7" and weigh 177 lbs.
what foods do i eat?
what works out do i do?
if you can help i would love that
i would love to lose this bulk and
have a great senior year :D
but i dont want to gain that much muscle
Answers: All you have to do is munch through plenty of vegetables and lean meat (maybe some fish or boneless/skinless chicken). Avoid anything with sugar or high fat. This is the hardest part for me because I'm always up for something sweet/salty. When you bring cravings just keep some fruit handy or drink lots of hose down or chew gum if you have to. You dont have to torture yourself, I aim you can eat pizza and stuff as long as you dont have it every daytime.
As for excercise, if you don't excercise already, you should begin by doing some stretches and walking at a fast gait for about 45min - hour (your body doesn't start to burn fat until at least possible 30mins into the workout). Once you get into the swing of things, try jogging insubstantially and work your way up to a faster/more demanding jogging step. *Right before you go to bed do 50-100 crunches (if you can knob that) and that'll help you tone your abs and make you lose some of that belly rotund which will make you look great.
Other than that there's not much else I can say. STICK WITH IT and you'll do freshly fine. I'm telling you there is NO natural way to do it.
