Does muscle densisty change from entity to character?
For example some people with smaller muscles and less muscle mass are competent to lift heavier than some people with larger muscles and more muscle mass.
So my ask is basically: Are some peoples muscles denser and more compact than others? And is this why sometimes people with smaller muscles can still be in charge of to lift heavier than people with larger muscles?
(When answering this request for information it is to be assumed that both people have the same round levels and use exactly the same lifting technique)
Best Answer: Muscles 'bulk up' mainly because they revise to store more fuel, NOT because of added protein strands. Big, bulging muscles are the result of lifting large loads that exhaust the muscle quickly. That's why bodybuilders perform 'short sets to failure'. If you lift up a lighter weight, it will take longer to wear you out, but you will eventually be unable to preserve lifting it. Doing this will make you stronger, but without causing much 'hypertrophy' (muscle growth). 'Ballistic' work (explosive contractions that produce extra momentum, such as 'nouns pressups') will also build extra strength without producing as much bulk. Informal exercise, such as a very physically demanding job, will repeatedly contain a lot of repetitive movements that work against a moderate resistance. By doing this kind of work all the time, you can build up a fundamentally high 'peak output' (max lifting ability) without bulking up surrounded by the way that you would if most of your lifting was done near to your maximum fitness.
Answer:
Possibly to some extent. Also for those who work out regularly may have more dense muscle tissue than those who don't. Same goes for bones.

The lean character will be stronger than the fat person . He has more muscles and he can know how to lift more weights.
