Hey guys. I am going to military school this September. I want to look good in uniform, and right very soon I am overweight. I need to lose about 10 inches and 20-30 lbs. The inches are more important. I be wondering if this diet would work, with only veggies and fruits for snacks. Here it is. Breakfast: 1 serving normal oatmeal, 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar, 1 Tbsp. Raisins (and sometimes a chopped up bananna). Lunch: Two slices wheat Health Bread, Some Spicy Brown Mustard, 2 slices of fine, fresh Turkey, 8 carrots sticks (baby carrots), and a medium salad. Dinner: Here is my variety. I will hold a serving of whatever is for dinner, and a salad. I will drink a quart of water with respectively meal. This, combined with being outside until poorly lit all summer. Should I just eat right and play intricate? :) I run every other day, and those other days lift weights. Thanks guys! :P I am 13 and 5"5, 40 inch waist :O. Please don't tell me not to do adjectives this, Cause I need to. Thank you Srophace and Rupa. Everyone else can go jump bad a cliff.

i would also maintain a set meal plan for dinner, or else you might get for a time sloppy. dinner should also be your smallest meal because you have the least time to burn it bad. also, you probably know this already, but salads aren't inherently healthy. make sure to have the right stuff is within them :) good luck!
