Is this sheltered for me? I'm 14.?
Ok so I need to lose a few pounds, here's what I'm going to do:
Have 2 bananas and 1 plum with plenty of water a daylight I am also doing 100 sit ups a day and lots of swimming on the side, is this safe?
What can side-effects be?
I'm only going to stick to it until Sunday and afterwards I'll start eating healthily, e.g. cereal for breakfast, healthy lunch and dinner with plently of water- no snacks! P.s. I've individual done this diet for one day and I'm feeling a bit low but not ill.
Best Answer: Try consumption just a little less on a day after day basis, skip the fast food and things that aren't good for you and exercise. That is much well again than starving yourself for a few days and gaining it back.

Why one earth would you want to do that? If you want to lose weight do that healthy intake plan with a bit of excercise but don't survive on fruit that's boring and not very good for you

Please dont do this. You will starve until sunday and after gain all the weight back because you enjoy been depriving your body when you start eating normally. I've have an eating disorder for a few years and what you are doing is very close to how I was at one of my worst times.
