latley iv been eating alot of raisins. i love them! also, what about blue berries? i love thoses to as all right as nuts. espically pea nuts.are all these foods ok to eat when im trying to cut back (female)

Dried fruit, although beside some nutritional value, has a lot of fruitcose (natural fruit sugars) which build raisins, in particular, quite dignified is simple sugars, which in effect, increase blood sugar levels (insulin) which in turn, can be changed to chubby stores. Dont elimanate raisins completely.. For breakfast is good, that way, the carb 'kick' can be utilised to give you vim throughout the day.. however as a rule, fresh fruit is better and more nutritious. So freshblueberries are great, nuts? Well Almonds are the best choice.. lower in fat. The best diet tips is. double your meal... but half the size. Sooooo instead of eating three meals a morning, take your 3 meals, cut it in partly, and make 6, which you will have 6 times a day. Its call grazing. This really makes your body into an efficient fat burning apparatus by increasing your metabolic rate. sooo the day would be 8am half breakfast.. 11 am.. other half of brakfast 2pm partially of lunch 5pm otherhalf of lunch 8 half of dinner 11pm other half of dinner... like that contained by a way. Good healthy stuff though! I dont mean one partly bag of M&Ms then the other half LOLOLOL
