how to hold ingestion good?
im fourteen and my friends and i just for fun go on these healthy ingestion kicks, but i can never seem to keep next to it! what are some suggestions??
Best Answer: The idea behind eating decent is to eat foods that are not only good for you but pleasing to your appetite, and to do this as much as possible. It does not mean that you can never ever have anything that would not be considered unhealthy such as a cheesecake or chocolate cream pie. You purely can't have it everyday and it obviously would be even better if you can refrain from have one every week. The idea is to change your eat craving so that food you think of at this moment in your life as the "appropriate stuff", becomes less of a part of your usual eating habit. The fact that you still see ingestion healthy as a "eating kicks" pretty much explains why you have not be able to keep at for very long. The "consumption kicks" should be when you are not eating healthy, not the other way around.
