Best Answer: let's not make it complicated eat 2,000 calories a day,fruits,nuts,protein bar are good snacks. exercise 3-4 times a day no need for more afterwards that your body needs rest in between workouts,plus you you exercise everyday you will burn yourself out quickly.do not drink anything next to caffeine it slows fat burning process.drink water and i drank g2 when i was working out lead to water is good but it can also wash out appropriate nutrients if you drink nothing but water.do not eat white bread total wheat only do not eat carbs 5 hours before bed put away them early breakfast a some at lunch, if you eat carbs before bed it merely turns to fat. any meat chicken or fish.you should lose 3 to 4 pounds a week
