Im 17 and I have gained a ton of weight and i necessitate it back off but the problem is i tore my acl and popped my knee bonnet out a few weeks ago and need surgery in july, therefore i cant procure alot of exercise. It summer and i dont want to weigh this much. What do I do to lose weight? Thanks.
