How to loose as much bulk as possible contained by 2 months ?
I'm 14, I'm 5'6 and I weigh 147 :/ I'm on the competition team at my dance studio during the year so I think I do attain enough excercise, but i feel like im a short time too big. My torso seems fine to me but my legs are pretty big, I'm a size 7/8 in skinny jeans. I really wanna loose weight for when I budge school shopping so I can get to my goal of a size 5 or 4. Any tips or suggestions ?
Best Answer: I don't really ponder you need to lose weight or not much at least, but it never hurts to be hygienic! Here are a few tips; WHEN to eat for losing weight... o Eat (at least) three times a day. Because when you munch through only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That's the prime reason. Sounds funny, but to lose weight... you must eat (the right things, of course) o Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas. o Your concluding meal should be before 18:00. Try. OK, one apple after 18:00 o Don't starve Starvation is not good for losing consignment, nor your health. Starvation is the worse thing you can do in a weightiness loss diet. o Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast--eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high-ranking fiber content will keep you full longer. WHAT to drink for losing weight... o Drink 6-8 glasses of dampen every day ! Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling. I just love mineral sparkling hose! You will feel excellent and rejuvenated. o Choose an exercise program that you enjoy, and don't shun the personal. For instance, did you know that regular vigorous dancing is exercise too? o Also Cardiovascular exercises such as running, jogging, or aerobics will oblige you lose that unwanted belly fat.
