I'm 14y/o 5'5 and 150 lbs. How much weigh should I lose to be a good healthy weight ?
Best Answer: until you have a sneaking suspicion that you're on the weight you want to be that makes you comfortable with your body. vigour shouldnt be judged by weight. eat lots of athletic food and exercise a lot. you dont have to be skinny to be healthy hehe...so you dont necessarily enjoy to lose weight.

i know that in my grade 5'5" society are around 130ish. but you know that everyone is different. lose wieght until you are happy. do it the heathy way work out and eat better fruits and veggies. plus you would be surprised what you can get done by drinking only water not tea, koolaid, or cokes.. especially cokes. good luck! only just make smart choices :)Related Questions...
