Should i pilfer a counterweight gainer(to get hold of stronger) since i dont munch through enormously much to initiate next to?
I work out 4 -5 times a week. I dont take protein, but i'm getting stronger everytime going natural. I dont want to gain fat, nor conversion waist sizes. I just want Big cut arms, and a ripped bod. Do u think i should just forget the gainer( CALLED SERIOUS MASS), and turn with just protein?
Best Answer: Sup Landon Gainer IS used for "Bulking phases" of training but will most likely increase your body heavy % due to the big numbers in carbs (u don't want that) but sticking to a "protein isolate powder" is great for recovery and gains for your goal.. this will increase potential mass but allow you to control BF% Since you haven't been working out for that long, your training hasn't caught up to your body, but if you continue to not rest with protein and nutritious foods throughout the day (specifically before & after a workout, your going to start off to slowly fade into a slump physically and mentally) Reguler protein isolate should be around 20-25 grams of protein per serving and minimal nutrition in other aspects... mix it with fruits milk and ice contained by the blender and enjoy.. u can also find recipes online, it's sick because fruits u hate individually morsel awesome mixed in the blender...
