how big is 6'2, 230 lbs?

not a super buff person either, just semi muscular.. is this heavy?
Best Answer: A lot depends on the person's frame. Depending on their body structure the person may be able to carry more bulk without being fat. Remember muscle weigh more than fat. I was 6'0" 205lbs when I entered college to play football. I be a Free Safety but eventually made the jump to Middle Line Backer. I went up to about 225-235lbs and that counterbalance gain was in muscle through a weight program and dietary change (lots of protein). I still had about a 32 inch waist but had a larger chest, wager on, legs & arms. Wasn't fat but definitely more muscular.

If it's not a muscular person, next 230 Is on the heavy side. It's a BMI of well over 25. That said, the BMI indicator can make most folks feel like a big tub of lard! It's adjectives in how you feel about your self. I'd articulate dropping 15 or 20 pounds would be healthy. But if the person works out and has worthy cardiovascular health then 230 might be ok. I'd still suggest dropping 20 lbs.

Hmm. Well I have a guy friend whose contained by 9th grade... 14, he is 6'2'' and weighs 173. He's skinny though and fails within the upperbody... as he has little girl arms. lol. But super muscular legs. So, I'm not sure how much muscle you have, so I really can't say.
