What to do nearly loosing cargo?
I want to lose 15 pounds over the summer.
I play a sport an hour a day, and I wanted to know which was better:
a) drinking 1,000 calories a day
b) eating very stout, eliminating all junk food and desserts
On the contrary, I will never thank you.

Best Answer: Cutting out 1,000 calories is way too drastic. You would lose a pound every 3 days or so. And your body will lower its metabolism to cope, making it more difficult to lose weight later.

option b is much better. just do away with junk food, desserts, soda, juice and give yourself a reward once a week where on earth you eat whatever you want to eat and basically watch portion sizes. I wish you good luck.

Well, both are great. I would speak to eat healthy and also eat 1,200 calories a light of day. 1,000 calories is too little, you will need more calories to have enough dash to play a sport. But to make sure, google "how many calories do I need" and do some research for you body type. You can also splurge every now and afterwards.
