I can`t stand running outside, I dont know?
I used to, but this was when I was not as obese. I feel similar to everyone is looking at me and I get scared that my ankle will give out on me or something. I catch very paranoid but when im driving and see someone running especially alone and they are not thin and athletic I feel resentful.
I tried to just go out there and do it lacking thinking and I lasted 1/4 block and felt so self conscious when a car passed me up...what do I do!
I am 5'3 and 205 lbs and palpably very self conscious about it
Best Answer: Try going to a local park with trails for jog. Most of these parks are usually more private and the other joggers are in various stages of fitness.
suggestions: rollerblading, and biking. A lot do these for hobbies and transportation, so it wont even seem like you're working out to anyone.
Really work at cutting the junk food and start drinking lots of cold dampen. I have an old high institution track in my neighborhood and sometimes use that. Also have a walking trail down by the salt marine that I like....because of the cool air. Good luck...And keep busy..drink lots of sea before and during and after meals. Sounds like you guzzle over 2000 cals a day and should drop 250 a day for a short period of time and later down to 1300 for results. You didn't gain it all at once and you are not going to lose it all at once so just work on it everyday....it will begin.

here are fatter people than you in this world hun, people are too busy thinking impossible to tell apart thing and they probably are too busy with their own lives and if they do they wont stare at you for negative reason if they are staring they are probably thinking 'i wish i was like her and do something around my weight' don't worry about it. if your really feeling self consious possibly you could get a treadmill until you feel more comfortable with your bulk you can get them really cheap in argos also cycling is better than running as it burns more calories and tones up your thighs and calves better.
