MEAL PLAN FOR A 13 YEAR OLD?
i'm 13 and i want to eat healthier...
what is a good banquet plan breakfast,lunch, and dinner.
that is healthy and will help me lose immensity?
Best Answer: Well, I'm 13 too, and I too have been wanting to eat well again. Here's what I do: I always eat breakfast, which is usually just a bowl of cereal (not super sugary crap. I show stuff like Cheerios etc). For lunch, I usually try to incorperate lots of fruit, like apples, cherries, cantaloupe, and whatever I'm surrounded by the mood for. For dinners, try to get every section of the food pyramid in: veggies, fruits, protein, et cetera. Then, hold just a little bit of chocolate or something to calm your sweet tooth down. Follow this, along near excersising regularly, and it works pretty well. Plus, its Summer vacation here in FL, so it should be everywhere you are or at least close to summer. It should be easy to maintain this contained by the summer where you're not glued to a dest all afternoon. Hope this helps!
