Is switching workout routines the best mode to build muscle mass.?
I want to know the best way to build muscle mass. I work out with heavy weights and would close to to switch to a high rep workout. I have heard masses ways to build muscle mass, but I am stuck at 180lbs and cant break that weight.
Best Answer: You do want to keep your muscles guessing. You should change up your work out every 2 weeks to 1 month. I would dance for lower reps at a slower count to complete each rep. For example. Count to 5 on the positive movement pause for 1 sec (flex) and do the negative for 3 count. This can be written down as a 5:1:3 count. Change this up will backing you with better gains. Dont use stout weights..people use heavy weights but for a lil and get big arms but no actual muscle Use smaller weights but use them ALOT to be exact a better way to get buffHow can I lose 15 pounds healthily?
Here are the basics to what help me bulk up. I lift 3 days a week with cardio. Set out 2 body/muscles groups to work out per session. As an example I'll pick chest and triceps. When I hit the gym I do 3 different lifts for respectively of these areas that day. From week to week, I change up the lifts I'm doings so I obtain a variety. I do 3 sets of 15 reps. I know I'm at a good weight when I struggle closely on the last 2 reps. Side note: It's always a righteous idea to do one very low weight set past you get started. Muscles always work best when they are warmed up first. Within 45 minutes of completing your workout, lug in about 30g of protein.
