Which workout is better from P90x?

Chest & Back with Shoulder & Arms or Chest, Shoulder and Tricep with Back & Bicep I want to only do the arm workouts from presently on, but don't know which ones I should do
Best Answer: None of the workouts are any better than the others; They are just different. If you haven't done the P90x classic routine yet, then you should follow that exactly as it is laid out. If you own completed it, make yourself or find a schedule that will continue muscle confusion and varying your body. If you only do one arm workout over and over, you will plateau very quickly.
