I muse I'm addicted to unwanted items food(seriously!!)?

ok so i know that you will hang around your weight..i started off at 110 pounds(i would shift up to 120(if i ate badky)and back down to 110,after i became healthier) i had an ingestion disorder,and at times would go a week without food,then live on a smoothie a afternoon,then fast ate 500 cals etc.. Im fully recovered now.. Thing is Ive put on soooo much counterbalance since then...(i'm now 132pounds) thats the weight i stay around(like back it was 110) now i go up to 62,down to 59 and final up to 60) i hate it I HAVE A HUGE BELLY i wouldn't mind,because 132lbs isnt that bad on most people,but my thighs are huge and so is my belly.. I try and be improved,but i get hungry,and eat.. i have be eating healthy enough though lately...and i still didnt lose weight? i dont eat on front of people,noone know my weight,i wont talk to my friends now that im on summer hols(im too self concious bout my weight) its simply this weekend ive been eating alot of junk...becuse whats the point? ive lost 2 kg surrounded by a day..eating BARELY ANYTHING(just a large salad roll) but if i put away normal i gain it straight back! i want to go support to 110 :/ help...? i dont binge,i just eat alot of unwanted items food(well i dont actually eat that much junk food tbh) its newly i cant resist if its there.. I want it more than anything to get back to 110 BUT,i can devour 500 calories today,and by the end of the day my body will be saying you dont want this,newly live in misery,while im crying eating some shit x when i said 59 and 60 i meant kg
Best Answer: drink lots of sea, and eat regularly. don't starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you'll gain everything back, trust me. devour lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it's whole particle. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like chicken breast. skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, rime cream, cake, and cookies. cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot! and don't forget to exercise! try walking, jogging, lunge rope, dancing, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day. good luck! :)
