Best Answer: Eat healthily and eat less. Its also very influential to do cardio exercise (everyday if possible) and strength/resistance training. Some examples of Cardio exercise: Walking Running Jogging Jumping rope or on a trampoline Skipping Resistance Training: Lifting small weights is probably the best Eating: Eat lots of leafy green vergetables and fruits. Lean protein such as chicken is also a must. (not fried) Be sure to drink A LOT of water! I drink 10 glasses a day.

I'm about 123 right now and I want to be 115ish.I'm 5'4" and very fit and excerscise seriously, but I want to lose some fat off my stomach and upper thighs. How much and what kind of excercise/diet should I do to attain this aim?Thanks. ps...

Breakfast:1/2 cup plain Oatmeal, 1tbs brown sugar, AppleLunch:4oz Chicken Breast, Egg whites, 1 Laughing cow light cheese, 1 pc of high-fiber breadSnack:BananaDinner:Salad with flimsy Italian dressing, orange, 2 cups whole grain pasta (plain).I'm not sure if this is too much for an average girl? That's how you should be intake.
