Why can't I bring back a six pack?
I have four abs defined decently but I am having trouble getting two more to show.
I am a mannish that's 17 years of age, 6'0 tall and weigh about 145lbs. I am 4.3% body fat. I do at tiniest 1000 sit ups each day and I alternate between ab exercises. I run miles each light of day.
I can barely see the outline of two more abs that will make it six. How do I get them showing?

I did mean 4.3, not 14.3. I get told I'm too skinny.
I was thinking it's inheritance, but if it was then I probably couldn't see the outline of the last two, even. Not sure, but appreciation for the imput.

I'm jealous, i'm stuck at 12% * Either way, the later two can be really hard to get. I wrestle at my school, and adjectives of the boys tend to be pretty well-defined; however, theres a few that spend hours in the weight room and cant seem to acquire the full pack. Just keep working out, and don't rely on crunches because it works all the wrong muscles. *common sense, but some people simply dont get it*

That's genetics man. Keep upping the weight on your ab exercises. You're already at an insane body overweight percentage so if you're not seeing them now you may never see em. Just not the way you're built.How much should someone my size weigh?
