i am 15 , asthmatic, 5'6,147 lbs, dress size 9 on a good day,and i have a belly and would resembling to loose it. since i have asthma i do need a safe workout exercise for and i want to know what foods can speed up my metabolism and burn belly fat . i'm not so concerned with the weight but the dress size i would similar to to get down to a 5 or 6 at least i use to be a 3 at one point then some doomed to failure stuff happened in my life and i simply started to eat and eat and stopped being busy. but now i want to be healthy again. all answers are welcome please no rude comments.
Best Answer: There are special hula hoops, which are sold on ebay, for instance, they are a little heavy 4-5 pounds. If you are good at playing these, they can REALLY HELP! purely play them for about 30 minutes a day and you will see a big progress. The only entry is, start slowly. Play 5 minutes the first day, than increase the time as you get more comfortable. Don't play it to the point that it hurts! Good luck, hope it helps:)
