I am 5"5/6 and I weigh 137.5, I have been on a weight loss regime for I week and I enjoy lost 2.5 llbs so far (I've come down from 140) I have been following my diet really strictly and I have be going to the gym every day. Its just that this afternoon one of my friend is having a barbecue to angle funds for her father's cancer treatment. There will be barbecued chicken, ribs, hamburgers and fried fish. I'd much prefer to get a burger and I must go to support. Will this burger throw me stale track?
