exercise and dietinq .4 hours and 30-35 pounds to lose --wow assist .?

i need serious help . i wanna lose 30 pounds in 3 months . im on the hilton commander diet and plan on exercisinq 4 hours a day . not at one time . 2 in the morninq and 2 in the afternoon . im eatinq around 1,200 calories a daytime . so any tips ?? cause i only have a problem beside eatinq .
