what's a good way to lose weight because similar to it's hard for me to because idk what to do...and if i do start to do something than like i dont stick to it so whats a good routine that i could follow through

Hmm, first of all try to eat hygienic (HINT: Don't always eat healthy, cheat once contained by a while...that way you will stick to eating healthy every other day) Well it depends on your body weight/height etc. but try to find 1500-1600 calories a day with a well perched diet with protein, fibre, essential fats, vitamins, WATER and etc. Here is a suggestion on what to devour (change according to your taste buds) Breakfast 300 -400 Calories - Egg Whites, Orange Juice, Toast Lunch 300-400 Calories - Tuna on Whole GRAIN bread, with all intuitive juice Snack - Low fat yogurt + Almonds Dinner - Grilled/Smoked Chicken + Steamed Veggies Snack (if hungry) - Bowl of Cereal (Vector, Special K, Cheerios?) And if the breakfast will take too long to bring in, and you have no time in the morning try to replace with Bowl if Cereal, Orange Juice, Protien Shake (not a moment ago for body builders). With a well balanced diet like shown above, and 30 minutes of exercise 3-4 times a week you will be on your bearing to loosing 2-3 pounds a week. Also try not to do low intensity cardio, but do HIGH INTENSITY stuff like Sprinting (do for only 5-10 minutes with 5 minutes of warm-up + 5 mins thaw -down) and if you can a decent Strength training routine (Big exercises for fat burning include Squats, Lunges, Thrusters, Shoulder Press, something with more consequently 1 joint being involved).
