it depends how you are losing weight. If you plan on exercising regularly ie cardio or interval training 3 to 4 times a week then you entail carbs to give you the energy to exercise. You need to cut out fat and try and eat more protein. I eat cerial in the morning for breakfast, enjoy some fruit mid morning. eat a chicken salad for dinner then have more fruit within afternoon or when ever hungry. tea time I have a sandwich or a pasta meal. Then a yogurt and fruit in the evening if hungry. I also exercise 4 times a week doing interval training and the other 3 days do some upper body work and sit ups. In january i be over 16 stone and now i way 12 stone 4 lbs
