I want to build up muscle lacking really losing any mass?
I am 5'8 and appox. 150 pounds. I have always generally have a more thicker body frame. I am very comfortable with my weight, and I approaching having thicker legs and having a little bit of a butt. However, I do want to build up my muscle underneath and look more defined. What is the best passageway to do this without losing a good amount of weight?
I'm also womanly and I'm 20 years old. :)
Best Answer: thats how muscle builds...you don't build muscle and loss weight at the same time...okay atleast not safely.the best way is to make sure and up you calorie intake just about 300 to 500 more a day...and stop doing as much cardio if you are doing so as you will want the calories
