want to lose 28pounds in 22 weeks can someone explain in english what am isupposed to eat for breakfast lunch and tea to bring about this weight loss im doin 15 mins jump rope every day and kickboxing twice a week an hour session respectively time but i think its my food thats the problem dont know what im suppose to be eating and get confused by it adjectives just want a good explanation of what i can eat to lose solidity thanks

i don't know if this will help but my sister never looses weight any. she rides her bike everywhere, eats super healthy, and does yoga almost everyday, but she only seem to gain weight. a few days ago she did this thing called 'nutrition response testing'. my chiropractor only got certified to do it so they're doing it for only $50 as a sale. they do adjectives these weird tests on you in demand to find out if you have any deficiencies, allergies or toxins in your body, consequently they make organic whole food supplements to confer you what your lacking. any way, when my sister did it she found out all sorts of things but one of them be that she has a lot of heavy metals surrounded by her system, one of them being mercury (she ate a tuna sandwich almost everyday until she was in her 20s) the doctor said that this might be the principle she never looses weight. i don't know how i feel about this stuff on the other hand. my sister has only taken it for one day so far, so i can't communicate you if it's worked for her, but i really trust my chiropractor. she's done great things for me and is really educated about nutrition and really smart. i feel similar to even if it is all just bullshit, the fact that she believes contained by it means something, you know? so maybe there's a reason you're not loosing immensity? if you wait a couple weeks to give a best answer (i'm not sure if you can, i don't know how that works.) i'll let you know if it does anything for her.Does anyone know what weigh more ?
