How frequent calories should i burn...?
Im doing the 50 million pounds diet here is a sample menu:::
Meal 1
* 1 cup hot cereal (grits, cream of wheat, farina or oatmeal)
* 1 cup of fruit
Meal 2
* 1 small fresh fruit smoothie
* (under 300 calories)
Meal 3
* 3 oz. ham
* 2 slices whole wheat or multigrain bread
* 1 piece fruit
* 1/2 cup of soup. Stay away from creamy soups. Choose black bean, lentil or chicken noodle.
Healthy Snack
1 Apple
Meal 4
* 1 small veggie burger.
* 2 slices whole wheat or multigrain bread
* 1/2 cup brown rice
* 1 cup vegetable
Healthy Snack
3 cups of popcorn no butter
so how oodles calories should i burn per day if i want to reach my goal of 30 pounds by november 5th ? :)
oh and 3 days a week im going on a 45 minute WALK not run lol
with my BFF so how many calories would that burn?
im 181.8 12 y/o 5'4" and my BMR is 1648

No matter what diet you get into, I believe diets are not the answer. The "key" is a change within life-style and eating habits. If you burn more calories than you eat, consequently by default you will start loosing weight. Simple math: calories in own to be less than calories out. Then, to speed up the process, exercise will increase the metabolism and the process will be more effective (faster lose weight). Then, it is a matter of maintain weight.
