Okay the end 3 days (which includes today) I enjoy totally blown my diet and exercise regime?
Monday I exercised but at night I couldn't stop eating.
Tuesday I ate all time and did no exercise.
Today I can't stop eating and haven't exercised and now its 4.20pm!!
What do I do to get hindmost on track?
Do I exercise extra hard tomoro, starve myself for a few days or what? I feel disgusted at how much I ate and just want adjectives this goddamned food out of me!!
Best Answer: Never starve yourself. What you need to do is to review your diet and exercise regimen. You seem to eat profusely maybe because you are not eating enough, or satisfactory of the bad foods. You also need to make sure you don't exercise every single daytime, do around 5 days a week, 1 hour per day. Any more could hurt your goals. I would take the afternoon off tomorrow and reevaluate your diet and exercise. Lastly, 1 - 3 days of overeating will not kill you, the reason you are drinking a lot is probably because you crave something and finally cracked or that you are not eating enough. Well theres not much you can do now but to work out hard and chomp through lighter foods. dont starve yourself! also remember this feeling... remember this next time you feel resembling you want to go overboard on food. drink lots of water and if you have access to sauna walk in good luck and we have adjectives been there
EAT! when you don't, and you start again you will get bigger because your body think you are starving. Unless you actually feel bloated from the food it's ok. Go somewhere free, it will maintain your mind off of stuffing your face for no reason and bequeath you something to do. Plus exercise you don't even have to think about.
