Best Answer: dont do pills. okay, how much do you way? cuz it will only work if you are over-weight. end of july... to lose it really healthily u should merely aim for about 15 pounds, k? cut out the white stuff. brown rice, brown bread, lots of fiber, fruits, and veggies. start off your morning with a strong fiber cereal and yogurt. throughout the day make sure you have lots and lots of wet and fruits and veggies. every single day jog. treadmill or around the block, do it. that's how you burn off large. maybe some swimming. do leg-lifts, crunches, side-crunches, push-ups. if you're at a gym, do the cross-country machine. eat plenty! u need carbs, cuz if not ur burning off ur muscle! work out every daylight, but work up to it. dont over-do it and feel bad. also, run every day, but alternate, perchance stomach 3 times a week and arms 3 times a week. stomach never more than a few minutes. good luck and go healthy!
