Pushing to lose five more pounds?

Hi there! I'm desperately trying to lose weight here. I am 21 years old, I weigh 108 and stand at 5'0. I wanna achieve 103 at least. So tell me is this a great diet plan: Egg with wheat bread(morning) Water Tuna fish or salmon, bowl of fruit (lunch) marine protein drink (snack) Also Raisins,Water Chicken breast, brown rice, veggies on side, green tea,(supper) bowl of fruit, or raison brandor both :)(snack) I also workout three times a week If any other suggestions on other good food intake that would be greatly appreciated. Best Answer: 5 feet, you poor point. xD Well your diet plan is pretty solid, but what protein shake do you have because some are designed to help bodybuilders bulk (get bigger off the calories.) How long do you work out? 3 times a week should be satisfactory, but if you want to push hardcore, workout 5 times a week with a 2 day rest period. Not sure if you do cardio, but the HIIT training method works best to burn chubby - its been proven.

I can only tell you that I instinctively noticed results after I increased my consumption of monounsaturated fats (MUFA’s), which are found mainly contained by vegetable oils, olives, nuts and seeds, dark chocolate, avocados and some other plant foods. I also waddle or bike for about one hour (a) 5 times/week. From personal experience, I can tell you that it really makes a difference, especially around the belly. Good luck!
