I own bony hips which aren't remarkably round or curvy,does anyone kno any exercises that could build them up?

I'm 16 and I've always had bony hips since i was a infantile child. I always thought that my body would grow into them and I would get the nice curves that women have, but they're still pretty poky. I'm skinny, but not skeletal at adjectives and I have a good appetite so there's definately no starving of the self within my philosophy. I was wondering if anyone knows of any exercises or routines that could help me build the muscle around the butt and hips nouns to get those nice volumptuous and feminine curves I've wanted for so long. Also to lift the bum a bit, because I mull over if it was just a touch higher it'd develop my hip situation alot. Anything that anyone knows would be great. Thanks guys xo
Best Answer: There's a simple exercise that will give your booty a boost and build some muscle back within. Stand behind a chair and place your hands on the pay for for balance. Stand on your toes, and bring one leg back. Do this about 50 times beside each leg every day, and you should see results within a week. It did wonders for me! I am quite tall and was very slender (bony, if you will) until I hit 20. Then I have a different kind of growth spurt--complete with breasts and hips! Now, at 24, I'm pretty curvy and right at the suggested weight for my increase. Maybe this is what will happen for you, so just hang contained by there! Right now, I would suggest you explore some clothing options that look better on girls next to smaller hips: the tankini, skinny jeans, etc.
