You're not THAT overweight first off. Do 3-4 days of cardio. 2 days of resistance training, beside either free weights or bands. And cut your calories to approx. 1200 per day. Watch sauces and things similar to that, they tend to be calorie traps. Eliminate soda and anything carbonated. You should lose approx. 2-3 lbs. per week doing this. Good luck.
