About how various calories did I simply burn?

Ok... I just did this stuff. About how many calories did you reason it burned?

Karoke things back and forth for 5 minutes
Small, fast arm circles for 5 minutes
Leg squats for 3 minutes
Wall sit for a straight 2 minutes! Feel the burn!
Jog contained by place for 5 minutes
Ab workout for 5 minutes with small breaks obviously, haha
