Am I overweight?

I'm 5'4 or 5'5 and I weigh 126lbs. Am I overweight? And if I am, how can I loose a bit of weight? This is seriously getting to me!

oh sweetie you are NOOOOO where on earth near over weight! I am 5'3 and I path 165lbs. I am 23 years old and I have be the same hieght since I was contained by the 5th grade! When I was contained by the 5th grade I weighed 135lbs. and I didn't estimate I was over wieght at all. You are the right size that you are suppose to be surrounded by order to be healthy and live a natural life. If you feel you are over wieght and decision to do something about it just please be smart and natural about it. You can talk to your parents and ask them to cart you to a health nutritionist at the doctors and they can teach you how to chomp through healthy and excersice healthy to be you will not end up hurting yourself. By you thinking that you are possibly over weight at that weightiness you want to be careful that you do not develop a mind state of thinking you have to be 90lbs... that logically is not what you want. I am 13 also. my doctor said that it is barely anything and to just pay no attention to it. you will grow into it, believe me. the reason i am so heavy is because i enjoy A LOT of muscle and a TINY bit of a sliver of extra fat. you are fine!

no ur actually average all of my friends are shorter than you and they adjectives weight around 123-150 and there adjectives 13 years old and they look fine and your bmi is 21 and anywhere Underweight is <18.5
Normal weight is 18.5-24.9
Overweight is 25-29.9
Obesity is BMI of 30 or greater
so ur fine if u consistency .not confident its always fine and healthy to shift on a diet dont eat junk food chomp through veggies and fruits and healthy food

No! You are not over weight. You're perfectly fine. Do not jump off of what you see of these crazed tv showss where everybody is bone slim, because that is not the real world. I'm 5'0, (will not reveal my consignment because I'm still working off my prego weight) however before I be pregnant I was 115lbs, and I knew I be hot. Didn't need anyone to tell me any. (Sounds conceided I know.) Don't worry about what other associates think though. What counts is what you think. BTW, YOU'RE 13 HONEY! I know you hold better things to do than worry about your bulk. Sheesh! It depends. Do you have a small frame? Are you flat chested? If you have larger boobs you are probably underweight.

maybe, a touch you cant really tell but if you are concerned do something about it!! e.g close to eat healthier, not mediocre!! also do more fitness!! like sports, or going for runs or doing crunches or situps or pressups!!
