Am I round? And how can I preserve within shape?

I'm 13, 4'10", and my weight flunctuates between 97-100 pounds. My doctors says I'm a bit over the average solidity for my height. Am I overweight? I also have big thighs. It kind've runs surrounded by my family. How can I keep surrounded by shape this summer?
