Are within any denial effects to ingestion around 8-9 pieces of fruit and veg a sunshine?
I eat all the other food groups to so am not going minus but is there anything wrong with consumption, lets say, 2 pieces of fruit a hours of daylight as well as 6 pieces of veg...I love salad and boiled veg and have it beside nearly everything I eat, at least 2 portions next to every meal so my plate consists of more veg than carbs, proteins and fats. That is ok, right?

You are my inspiration, I scarcely get the 5 recommended, but I'm slowly changing my drinking habits, and I'm proud of myself for eating 4 to 5 respectively day...
The only short occupancy negative effect I can see, for other people who start to drinking a lot of veggies and fruits, and never did before, .is gas and have to "go" often, but that's temporary, their body is adjust itself to more fiber.that's from my personal experience!

Not very many inhabitants eat as healthily as you do in today's world! Hope you preserve it up...^_^ If you're trying to lose weight, it's about calories in/calories out. But, I hold about 6-7 servings of fruits and veggies and I'm fine. Also, drink lots of water. I LOVE boiled veggies too. That's awesome though.

The only possible negative i can contemplate of is an overconsumption of acid based fruit similar to oranges can erode the enamel on your teeth.

No, but I would stay away from fruit after 8 pm, your metabolism slows down and you will more likely to gain weight. Stick next to Veggie and Veggie base protein in the evening. aw mere shona i approaching ur pic, yeah thats great for your health but you must remeber youstill need to burn stale the calories you gain
