i have a younger sister with a soaring cholesteral. I was wondering...what kind of foods lower your cholesteral. I really want her to be fit

Omega-3 fatty acids are really good for your heart. remember, LDL cholesterol is bad, and HDL is accurate. Oatmeal is also very heart healthy. I really reccommend that book, it teach you alot about cholesterol, and it really scared me into wanting to guzzle healthy, for fear of developing heart disease and have a heart attack!
That's really nice. But just tell her to portion her meal and balance them. A balanced diet and exercise will other make you healthy. But try looking up some cholesterol lowering foods close to nuts. And it depends how young she is, if she is like a teen or kid next don't worry, it won't be too bad, but consequently again if she is fat then it could be a problem, afterwards just have her exercise and munch through healthy balanced meal.
