OK, so i really want to lose weight if you could PLEASE PLEASE give me benevolent of like a diet plan some good meal and a few exersises and what i need to do (i want a nice but..lol abs legs)

Answers: Try to stick to about 1500 calories a day.
Eat a honourable breakfast. Dedicate most of your daily calories to your breakfast, but don't eat a fatty one. Eat fruit, some protein (like nuts or chicken) and I don`t know some cereal. Drink water all year. Water keeps you full so you don't snack on bad food throughout the daylight. For Lunch, have something that doesn't have copious calories but will keep you full. Have a lot of protein. Try a chicken salad or a sandwich. For dinner, own something lean, like fish or more chicken. Have a side salad, and some brown or white rice. Don't eat after 8pm, Or if you dance to bed late, stop eating at lowest 2 hours before you go to bed.
As for a workout, do in the region of 30 minutes of cardio 3-4x a week. Too much cardio will make you a "skinny-fat" person, gist that you are skinny, but you don't have enough muscle to be simplified. After you do your cardio, do 5 reps of 10 sit ups. Then work your inner and outer thighs with lunges or by moving your legs in and out, giving of like a sit up, but for your legs. Do high reps at low freight when you work your arms. do about 3 reps of 10 using 2-3lb. weights. Make sure you STRETCH so you don't hurt yourself!
With this workout and diet you'll feel better and you will start seeing results inwardly a couple of weeks :]
