i go back for pre-season contained by abou a week for football. we do lots of fitness work, and i mean lots so this time around i want to have an good thing going back.
today and another day back it starts i plan on going "SPRINTING" for a total of about 15 minutes work. on each of these 2 days i will do the following::::::::::::::::::::
running from one desire post to another and slowly jogging back and doing so again by x15.
will that obtain me in much better shape before i move about back? will i notice the difference? when does the full effect pilfer place?
for what it's worth, i'm 5"8 or 9, 144 pounds, 16 years old and a male.

P.S..... i've been using an exercise bike for the last 3 weeks or so nearly everyday for 20-30 minutes. going on for 20mpk too.
Answers: I would say that it would help, but it wouldnt show results. Try running on more than of late those two days, are you doing this in a footballs tadium, or field? Or something else? Do more, and you'll see reuslts.
You will be contained by good shape if you continue doing this. What I used to do within HS is load a small backpack with give or take a few 10-15 pounds and then do my work out. After 2 weeks I would add 5 pounds and do matching workout. Only add what you are comfortable with though. You trick you muscles into thinking you passageway more so they get stronger. When you start your season you will have outstandingly strong legs and back for your actual weight. It sounds close to you have a handle on what you want from your body. With a workout approaching that, your stamina should really increase. Not only that, but your body will straighten up as well. If you want to give to that, (I'm sure you know this) make sure you are really eating a vigorous arrangement of foods. Intake lots of water, and keep your electrolytes up. Feed yourself not one and only brain food, but foods that will build you up and not take from you. (like fast food & second-hand goods foods)
What ever you do, try to enjoy yourself as much as you can. When you are having fun w/a workout, you are more expected to stay with it.
Don't forget to enjoy the summer!
