Building calf muscle?
im a pretty well built guy. people other tell me im jacked,,,,,until they see my legs. my ankles and calves are grossly small. i dont like wearing shorts and i want to put together fun of myself wen i see my legs in the mirrors at the gym. is there any instrument to increase my achilles tendon to increase the size of my ankles and, any good calf workouts?

okay if u were a girl i would tell you to tie together a dance class (hip-hop, jazz, tap, jazz..) cause dancing really help the muscles in your legs. but since your a guy im not sure if u would be willing to do that. Running, using one of those machines where on earth you push with your legs to lift the weights, swimming lap (you have to use your whole leg while kicking), and pretty much anything that will build you move your legs.
